Courtney Love, AMFT

Courtney Love is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who brings warmth, clarity, and compassion to her work with individuals, couples, and families. Her journey into therapy was shaped by more than 20 years in financial leadership roles, where she supported people in high-pressure environments through challenges related to communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. That experience continues to inform her therapeutic approach—collaborative, practical, and attuned to the realities of daily life.

Courtney integrates evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She works with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including parenting stress, financial anxiety, complex trauma, relational challenges, and experiences related to psychiatric medication. No matter the focus, Courtney creates a grounded, nonjudgmental space where insight and meaningful change can emerge.

Outside the therapy room, Courtney has been married for 26 years and is the proud parent of three grown(ish) children. She lives with a cat named Pico and a flock of backyard chickens, and she finds joy in hiking, cooking, and the healing power of humor and honest connection.
