Karina Rochnik, AMFT

Karina earned her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy, and is dedicated to helping her clients not only overcome their difficulties but also gain a deeper understanding of their own values, strengths, and goals. Her training is rooted in the latest evidence-informed practices and research addressing mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders in individuals. She works with couples and families to help them navigate periods of conflict and distress.
Karina collaborates closely with her clients to set therapeutic goals and treatment objectives that resonate with their unique life experiences and aspirations. Whether you are struggling to define your goals or are seeking effective strategies to address specific mental health issues, Karina will support you on your journey towards a healthier, more fulfilled life.
In her free time, Karina can be found motorcycling around the hills and valleys of the Bay Area, reading novels, and playing fetch with her ball-obsessed golden retriever, Lexa.
