  • Stephanie Arcayena, MPH, CHLC, AMFT

Hi there! My name is Stephanie Arcayena (she/her/they). I am a second generation, millennial, Bay Area born and raised Filipino-American. I currently occupy native Bay Miwok & Yokut lands, which is also modernly known as Contra Costa County, CA. My migration story stems from the courage & sacrifice of my parents and ancestors from the Philippine provinces of Guadalupe, Malate Manila, Buhol, Bulacan, Visaya, Bicolano, Ilocos Norte, & other countries known as Lebanon and Spain.

I am passionate about supporting people with connecting to and embodying their mind, body, & spiritual health. My background, training, education, and experience in the eastern & western healing arts is influenced by an expansive and evolving range of health & wellness counseling, coaching, & community work for almost 10 years. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and elders around daily lifestyle goals, codependency & substance addictions, intergenerational family traumas, social justice activism, honoring the sacredness & advocacy of connecting to one’s heritage/native teachings, and managing individual + relationship energy and power dynamics.

Essentially, I meet you where you are! I am here to support you with your needs and goals. My practice is often intuitively guided, sometimes esoteric, and of course with mixed, evidence based approaches. My hope is you experience an inviting, safe, real, raw, consciousness expansion space to work through some of your deepest challenges, delays, or blocks. I would be humbled to walk alongside you while you might consider leaning into what it means to be Human, and what it means for you to live your best life with fulfillment & purpose.

When I am not practicing therapy, you can find me immersing myself in many fun things art related (live music/concerts, foodies, dance, museums), learning something new about herbalism, connecting & learning from various communities, hanging with my nephlings & furr babies, and/or sitting with or exploring Mother nature.
