    Brittany received her B.A. in Human Development from Sonoma State and M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, born and raised in the Bay Area and committed to using a holistic approach to integrate the mind, body and soul. Brittany understands the importance of human connection and collaboration. She helps her clients improve their lives by using evidence based therapies that can abate bothersome symptoms while increasing awareness, mindfulness and mood.

    Brittany uses a combination of evidence based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Functional Family Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She will focus on exploring your history, family background, emotional process and individual concerns. Brittany has experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has worked with a variety of mental health concerns and provides a safe space for her client to heal.

    Brittany loves to spend time with friends and family. Some of her personal interests include music, dancing, volleyball, camping, riding dirt bikes, snowboarding, painting and anything that involves water. She prides herself on her honesty and ability to find ways to laugh and smile daily.
