  • Rates and Insurance

    Private Pay

    We accept private pay for clients who wish to hold onto their complete privacy. Please inquire directly about rates for our 50min private pay sessions. We also provide a sliding scale to clients who are in need of lower fees.

    Payment

    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. The client’s portion of the treatment cost (a “co-pay” if you’re using insurance) is due at the time of our session.

    Insurance Coverage

    Don’t worry. We know how difficult it is to find the right therapist for you, let alone find one that accepts your insurance. This is another part of our holistic care: we take care of you, and we mean ALL of you!

    We aim to work with you and your insurance company the best we can to get you the care you need. Our team will work alongside you to aid in authorizations, and ensure that your visit is being covered. 

    We provide holistic, concierge services so YOU can focus on what you are here for, yourself.

    We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
