Ellen Chamberlin, AMFT
I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and hold a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I work with both children and adults navigating grief, trauma, relationship stress, neurodivergence, anxiety, spirituality, body image, identity, and life transitions.
I believe true healing is about so much more than symptom relief—it’s about coming home to yourself: your body, your emotions, your spirit. Through a humanistic, relational, and integrative lens, I see each person not as a problem to be fixed, but as a whole, evolving being worthy of compassion, presence, and choice.
In our work together, I weave evidence-based therapy with holistic and somatic practices that help regulate the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect you with the inner wisdom that life’s pain and pressures can sometimes bury. I show up as a steady, supportive presence, walking alongside you with curiosity, openness, and sometimes even a little laughter.
I trust people’s capacity to grow and heal when they have the right support. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover new ways of being that bring more ease, resilience, and joy.
