Morgan Dolginow, AMFT

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a client-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, exploration, and growth. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, with a strong inclination toward integrating somatic and mindful practices. Together, we will determine which modalities best support your therapeutic goals, honoring your unique needs and preferences.

In each session, I aim to create a grounded, compassionate space—one that serves as both a container for emotional processing and a practice ground for building skills. Our work may include talk-based exploration, mindfulness techniques, body awareness, or narrative reframing. I believe therapy is not only a space for insight, but also for integration, self-regulation, and the cultivation of inner resources.

I am especially passionate about working with adults and teens. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals—particularly those who identify as ADHD or autistic. I bring a strengths-based lens to our work, always viewing you as more than your challenges. Informed by the idea that “the problem is the problem, not the person,” I focus on amplifying what is already working and building upon it.

My professional journey began in therapeutic work with children and families, and I carry that foundation of patience, curiosity, and resilience into my work with adults today. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting autistic youth, in nonprofit marketing, and documentary filmmaking. These experiences sharpened my attunement to story, identity, and the transformative power of relationship.

I became a therapist because I am deeply called to this work. I cherish asking life’s deeper questions, holding space at the edge of growth, and walking beside others as they integrate insights into lasting change. This calling crystallized during a moment of crisis—being present with someone in a panic attack, I realized I had the tools to support them, and the desire to learn more. That moment became a compass point toward my clinical training.

I received my Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, East Bay (Hayward) in 2024, along with a Pupil Personnel Services Credential. I view therapy as a place where both self-explorationand co-regulation can unfold, where the spectrum of human experience is honored, and where healing does not rely on rigid boxes, but on relationship, meaning-making, and gentle strength.

If you’re looking for a space where your experience is valid, your identity is respected, and your growth is supported with warmth and intention—I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
