Dayanna Ramirez, AMFT

"I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and I am currently a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience with various age groups, from toddlers to young adults, across various therapeutic settings, including home- or community-based support, residential treatment centers, and schools. I hold expertise working with various populations such as those with mood or anxiety disorders, self-identity, self-esteem, body issues, dual diagnoses, and attachment issues. I primarily utilize a person-centered approach to support my clients’ goals; however, I am also trained in multiple evidence-based treatment modalities while remaining open to new research and opportunities to expand my knowledge of what is supportive to my clients.I foster a warm, sympathetic, grounding, and safe environment to support your personal growth. Together, we will identify personalized goals to become your authentic self, and understand your values, strengths, and identity on a deeper level. While eager to collaborate with teenagers and young adults, I hold space for any age, gender, identity, and interests. I encourage you to connect with me and allow me to support you through life’s difficulties.
