Small group classes held weekly at IMT as well as private one on one instruction. You can expect to experience breathing exercises, a gentle yoga flow with plenty of stretching, meditation, relaxation and mindfulness offerings.

The Institute of Mindful Therapy offers ongoing yoga therapy groups and individual classes to help you improve your mental health and physical wellbeing.
Our licensed yoga instructors use gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation to help you relieve the stress and tension that may be stuck in your body. Sessions can be adjusted to meet the needs of for any age and ability.
As a mind-body modality, yoga therapy not only increases your overall wellness, physical health and relaxation, but can also treat a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Yoga therapy can be provided as an adjunct to complement other therapeutic services at IMT to help you meet your specific physical, emotional and energetic goals.
